Alex Stollznow is a passionate fisherman and cook who has been fishing for most of his life, and would much rather be in his kayak than anywhere else.

For the last nine years he has been our resident tour guide, and you can most often find him on our auction floor, chatting to fishers, scientists, buyers, chefs, and the public.
